Addressing these gaps (in both access to funding and appropriate mentorship) is something we continue to work toward. And in our Fiscal 2023 year, 39% of Rise clients identified as members of a BIPOC community.
Ongoing research, conversations, and reports such as these (along with taking measurable action) are important factors in ensuring all Canadian entrepreneurs can truly reach their full potential.
