First I make the drawing. then I take a picture of it and edit it so that it looks as amazing as possible. then I put up the pdf on my site so that people know it’s available to buy. in the meanwhile I’ll print out 10 of the ones that I believe will sell well. for h ones that I don’t think will sell I could print out 1 or 2 but it gets to be a lot if there are 10s of pieces that I don’t think people will buy. takes up too much space. and spending money on things that don’t sell sucks.
If I’d like to turn something into a card I can add text when I’m editing the photo and place it so that there’s blank space beside the image and add some text there as well. not too complicated once I know what I’m doing.

Potential Limiting Factors:

Wig creation can take quite a bit of time. If there are a lot of orders, I might get backed up. Maybe find a way to outsource. Also focus on customized orders., Customizations will take time. Be careful with what you offer to customize. Probably keep it to wigs and hair accessory sets (also bridal)., Customer service hours can take time. And some people may request too much of my time or have silly requests. Accommodate what you can, but be firm on what you can’t. And STICK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS FOR QUESTIONS., Packaging will need to be specific to the product. I will need to order custom packaging for each type of product.

Personal Consultation: 2hr Meeting – I meet with the head of business or representative, as well as business’ creative team and discuss their goals for the use of our services, what product or service they want promoted using our creative process and content creators, confirmation of their choice of content creators from site/app/social media, understand the limits and boundaries we have to our creativity of their content, would they want their content made in their location of choice or is there creative freedom?, understand the contract in front of them which will highlight breaches and such, explain our creative process and how we go about creating our content, understand that even though they may not like our final product, they are still required to pay us as per the terms of the contract due to time spent on creating, or if they send us back to recreate, that’s fine as long as their request doesn’t surpass the time to finish the content that we agreed upon (i.e. one product = maximum 1 month to complete content, 2 products = 2 months, etc.; minimum 2 weeks for completion), have to know a deposit is required before any work can be done for them (10-20% deposit, i.e. $500=$50 or $100 paid), they have to understand the type of deal they would like to have, whether it is a per product deal (create content on one product/service), a multi-product deal, a term deal (based on time, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, etc.; no longer than 6 months unless certain criteria and requests are met), the general pricing of our services, additional features and services, and after-deal services, such as promotion and marketing beyond scope of contract, extra creators, cameos, and features from our agency and creator hub, etc.

Meeting to Relay Info to Selected Creators: certain info pertaining to the content creators, such as the boundaries and limits, the product or service, the deal they would want to have with them, the specific features or services they requested like people/cameos, certain locations, etc. A timeline is also provided to the creators so they understand deadlines to have it in to us. If deadlines aren’t met, then that is a deduction in compensation unfortunately. In this meeting, the creators will also have to decide if they want to go through with this deal and if they are available.
– If yes, contract must be signed
– If no, have to find a suitable replacement for them and relay that information back to the business who requested

Creation of Content: creators will create content based on information gathered and have let’s say a week for planning purposes like the context of content, location, clothing, etc., and then another 1-2 weeks to actually shoot the content and deliver it to us for clearance, before delivering it to the partner who requested (whether cleared or not cleared we will show partners for their opinion and if they liked it or not; if not, we go back and redo, as long as within timeline)

Meeting between Creators and Partners: this meeting is for our content creators and the business’ creative team to discuss and see if there are any other features and details they want added to their content before delivery of final product (yes=contingent on service asked for will dictate compensation or not; no=go ahead with promotion)

Invoice/Payment Required: business or brand must pay in full before content is delivered

Delivery of Content: business acquires content and use it for their promotions

Website/Social Media Platforms/App: promote the content we created for the business/brand on our pages and sites to display to potential clients the results of our work and audience attracted to ‘said’ product/service

Potential Limiting Factors:

business’ creative team won’t like what was come up with, time to get the content finished may not be enough for the creators and also the time for the businesses to come to a decision on if they like the final product, as well as if they think it will be received well by the audience, creators may not want to work with certain businesses for one reason or another and so we would have to find another creator to take their place and inform the business of the ‘no-show’

Any parts that are made from sheet metal and need to be cut or bent will be ordered from Ontario laser cutting.

Any tubing required will be ordered from Canada steel.
Tubing from them will be cut with proper lengths and angles.
Once parts are complete at Ontario laser cutting they will be picked up and brought to the shop where we weld all of the parts into the finished product.

All parts will be loaded into our weld fixture. The weld fixture will clamp all the parts into place to make sure all the parts are held in straight and all finished products are consistent.

Products will be inspected for defects or weld spatter.

After inspection they will be loaded up in the trailer along with the packaging for the products and taken to H&G powder paint in London for powder coating

Once the powder coat is on the product H&G will put the stickers on the products then continue bubble wrapping and boxing them.

Always Pinned Trailer Products will pick up the finished product from H&G where they will be brought back to our facility for a final inspection of the coating.

Once inspected they will be put onto a skid and will be ready to sell to our consumers and retailers.

-Making the potential products/samples: 1-2 hours
-Taking and posting photos with a description for my IG account: 45 minutes-1 hour
-Customer interaction regarding custom orders: 10-15 minutes minimum/50 minutes maximum
-Making the products for custom orders: 1-2 hours
-Packaging orders: 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes to an hour
-Shipping (if necessary): 15-20 minutes
-Order deliveries: 20 minutes minimum, 1-2 hours maximum (depending on where my customer is situated at the time of the delivery)
-Interactions with potential business partners/competitors: 1-2 hours
-Making more business products for markets and community events (e.g. RibFest, SweetWeek Market): 1-2 hours
-Transportation of products to and from the market: 20 minutes-1 hour (if travelling further by Uber or Lyft), 5-10 minutes (if travelling next door to the community center), 45 minutes-2 hours (if travelling further by public transit)
-Setting up the vendor table: 15-20 minutes
-Selling and interacting with customers: 4-5 hours (based on the duration of the event)

Potential Limiting Factors:

Creating time can be a problem for multiple orders at once. Solution: Needs to budget time, money, and make sure that I have enough materials and supplies to make the products people want to purchase., Packaging and shipping can be a challenge if it’s not done properly. Solution: Needs to find a good shipping company, needs to have a friend or family member help with deliveries if needed, and needs to understand what to do beforehand., Depending on where the event (e.g. RibFest) is happening, travel may be a challenge. If the event takes place in inaccessible parts of Ontario like Sutton West, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, or Pickering, it’d be impossible, because: 1. Uber/Lyft costs to and from the event are pricey (approx. $200.00 each way). 2. Public transit time is long (approx. 3 hours to and from). 3. Depending on the location, public transit may be inaccessible from Richmond Hill/Vaughan. Solution: I’ll need to find events that are either closer to home or are more accessible/affordable on public transit or Uber/Lyft. Places within the GTA that are possible for me to get to and from are Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Maple, Markham, Thornhill, midtown/downtown Toronto, Fort York, East York, Concord, Woodbridge, and Newmarket. Other places within the GTA like Brampton or Mississauga may be possible, if I budget my money accordingly. This is because Uber/Lyft costs to and from may be pricey.

-Customer downloads and installs the app: This is an automated process, so I don’t need to do anything here, but I expect it to take them about 1-2 minutes.
-Customer opens the app and goes through the onboarding process (tutorial, account creation): I’ve set up an easy, user-friendly onboarding that should take around 5-7 minutes to complete.
-Customer inputs their cycle details (e.g., cycle length, symptoms, etc.): I’ve made this a simple form, so it should take the customer about 3-5 minutes to enter their data.
-Customer browses and selects the product or service to purchase (e.g., premium subscription): This step should take the customer about 2-3 minutes to review and select the offer.
-Customer enters payment details and confirms the purchase: I’ve optimized this step for speed, so it should take the customer about 1-2 minutes.
-Payment is processed and confirmed via the gateway: Payment processing should be almost instant, around 1-2 minutes, and I’ll get a notification of success.
-Order confirmation message and premium features are unlocked immediately: As soon as the payment is successful, I’ve automated this process so the customer sees the confirmation screen instantly (0-1 minute).
-A receipt and invoice are sent to the customer’s email: This is also automated and happens within 1-2 minutes of purchase.
-The premium features or in-app content the customer purchased are unlocked: This happens immediately, no more than 1-2 minutes after payment is processed.
-Customer receives instructions or guidance on using new features: I’ve set up in-app messages that will pop up right after they unlock the premium features, so this takes about 2-5 minutes to read and follow.
If any issues arise, customer support kicks in: I’ve got a support team in place, and I’ll be able to address any requests within 1-2 hours.
-Push notifications and reminders about using the new features are set up: These will be sent out immediately and continue periodically, based on customer engagement and preferences.
-After the customer has used the app for a while, I’ll send a feedback request: This will go out within 1-2 days after they start using the premium features, asking them to rate or provide feedback.
-Retention efforts start immediately (e.g., health tips, reminders): I’ll keep sending helpful content and recommendations on a weekly or monthly basis, so this is ongoing.
-Subscription renewal reminder will be sent 1-2 weeks before expiration, giving customers plenty of time to renew.
-If customers have support needs, I’ll make sure my team addresses their issues within 1-2 hours, ensuring quick resolution.
-I’ll be monitoring app usage and analytics daily/weekly to track customer engagement and identify any opportunities to improve the experience.

Potential Limiting Factors:

Payment gateway issues, app performance and bugs, user data accuracy, server downtime or connectivity issues, payment processing delays or failures, customer support response time, app compatibility and device limitations, data privacy and security concerns, user engagement and retention, scalability of infrastructure, regulatory and compliance challenges, marketing and acquisition costs, competition.
