My housing is directly paid for. And it is thr same amount every month.
I currently walk or take cabs. Its easiest for me. In the spring Ill walk and bus it. In one month of taking cabs I spend somewhere around 80$ 20$ one day a week to get to the program.
I spend all of my money on junk food and groceries. Sone months I budget for clothes. I need to spend closer to 200-300 a month of foodm it is doable if I grocery shop weekly. There is free tranpostation at my building all week to different places where food is sold.
Some months I need more clothes. Like warmer clothes or bathinf suits for summer for example.

I live at home and pay my own rent to live there.
One of the expenses would be the bus passes in which I have to pay every month to have. in order to get around in the city.
I live at home and pay rent on where I live.
I pay the same amount of rent every month. The month doesn’t change at all.
It would be buying groceries and food.

For the first six months, housing costs will just be the cost of my apartment, which is $800 / month. When we expand in the second half of the year, I plan to move into a three bedroom, paying maximum $1600 – $1800 for the two bedrooms I’ll be using.
I only use bus transit in the city, with some ubers occasionally, averaging $60 / month.
Once a month I will go to the valley, which is usually getting a drive with family but otherwise would cost about $40 gas.
Approximately $300 per month for food, $50 for entertainment, $60 for food.

As a renter, my fixed housing expenses (f) mainly consist of the monthly rent I pay to my landlord for the apartment. This is a set amount that remains constant throughout my tenancy, providing me with a stable understanding of my housing costs.
Additionally, I opt for renter’s insurance to protect my belongings and provide liability coverage. This insurance premium is a fixed amount I pay either monthly or annually, ensuring peace of mind in case of any unforeseen events.
However, my variable housing expenses (v) can fluctuate from month to month. Utilities, such as electricity, water, and internet, vary based on my consumption and usage. While I try to be mindful of my energy consumption, these costs may still change due to different factors.
Another variable expense is my grocery bills and household essentials. Depending on my needs, preferences, and meal planning, the grocery costs can differ each month. While I strive to maintain a reasonable budget, occasional splurges and special occasions can impact these expenses.
Transportation costs are also part of my variable housing expenses, as they depend on my commuting habits and travel requirements. Whether I use public transportation, ride-sharing services, or own a car, these costs may vary based on my monthly activities.
Similarly, maintenance and repairs may arise unexpectedly, resulting in variable expenses. While my landlord is responsible for most repairs, occasional minor maintenance tasks may require my attention and incur some costs.
When I moved into the apartment, I paid a security deposit and other upfront fees as variable expenses. However, these were one-time payments and do not impact my monthly budget thereafter.
Keeping track of my housing expenses, both fixed and variable, is essential for managing my finances effectively. By maintaining a budget and being mindful of my spending, I can ensure financial stability while enjoying the comfort and convenience of renting my apartment.
As the owner of a car, my fixed transportation expenses (f) are a vital part of my budget. These include the monthly car loan payment, which allows me to gradually pay off the car’s purchase cost. Additionally, the car insurance premium is a necessary fixed expense to ensure I have proper coverage and comply with legal requirements. The vehicle registration and licensing fees are also fixed costs I factor into my budget, renewing annually to keep my car legally on the road.
However, the variable transportation expenses (v) are what fluctuate based on my driving habits and other factors. Gasoline or fuel costs are a significant variable expense, as they depend on how much I drive and the current fuel prices. I try to be conscious of my driving habits to optimize fuel efficiency and manage these costs.
Maintenance and repairs are other variable expenses that arise sporadically. While I prioritize regular car maintenance to prevent major issues, unexpected repairs can still occur. I ensure I set aside a portion of my budget for such occasions, providing a safety net for unexpected car-related costs.
Parking fees are another variable expense, especially when I need to park in public or private spaces. The cost varies based on the location and duration of parking. Being mindful of parking choices helps me manage this expense effectively.
Toll and road usage fees come into play when I travel on tolled roads or bridges, adding to my variable expenses. These costs vary depending on my travel patterns and the roadways I use.
As a responsible car owner, I make a conscious effort to track and budget for both fixed and variable transportation expenses. By planning ahead and making informed choices, I can maintain a well-balanced financial approach to car ownership and ensure smooth mobility without compromising my overall financial goals.
As someone who prefers a balanced lifestyle, my fixed (f) and variable (v) living expenses are carefully managed to align with my priorities. I prioritize the essentials, making sure that my fixed expenses remain consistent and manageable.
First and foremost, my housing expenses take precedence. Whether I rent an apartment or have a mortgage for my own property, the monthly payment remains a fixed aspect of my budget. Additionally, utilities such as electricity, water, gas, and internet are regular fixed expenses that I budget for.
Health and fitness are essential to me, as evidenced by my frequent visits to the gym. Thus, my gym membership is a fixed cost that I happily invest in to maintain my physical well-being.
Another fixed expense that provides peace of mind is health insurance. I consider it crucial to have proper coverage to safeguard against unexpected medical expenses and emergencies.
On the variable side, I maintain flexibility while managing my living expenses. Grocery costs may fluctuate based on my meal planning and nutritional needs, allowing me to maintain a healthy diet without overspending.
Transportation costs are variable, as I tailor them to my specific travel needs. Whether it’s filling up the gas tank or using public transportation or ride-sharing services, I adjust these expenses according to my requirements.
Occasional entertainment expenses add variety to my life, as I don’t go out much but enjoy treating myself to activities and events on occasion.
As someone who values my fitness routine, gym supplements and fitness-related purchases may vary based on my fitness goals and needs at any given time.
Home maintenance and repairs are accounted for, as I understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable living space and addressing any unexpected issues promptly.
While I make sure to budget for variable expenses, I also prioritize savings and investments to secure my financial future and achieve long-term goals.
In summary, my approach to managing living expenses revolves around balance and prudence. I prioritize the essentials, embrace a healthy lifestyle, and carefully allocate resources to align with my overall financial well-being and personal fulfillment.

Many strong presentations are ruined by a weak ending, where the presenter trails off and mumbles something before rushing off the stage… End strongly and confidently by summing up your key points (don’t just repeat your agenda or the whole presentation but briefly sum up your key points). It can be very helpful to close off with a “next step” or action for your audience. For example, you might encourage them to check out your website or pick up a sample at the end of the presentation. Or, you can also leave them with a final thought – perhaps something that links to your opening “hook” (e.g., show a different, related picture or a different statistic). Once you’ve finished, thank your audience, and then don’t forget to ask for questions! Listen carefully to questions, ask for clarification if you don’t understand the question, and check that you’ve answered the question properly for the audience member.
presentation visual – use ppt or prezi
Include a title slide with your name and business name, logo, and an agenda slide (that includes the topics you’re going to cover)
Keep bullet points short and focused
Keep images relevant and easy to see
Make sure your font size is large enough
Proofread carefully for any errors
Use whitespace effectively (i.e., balance out everything on the slide)
Keep your slide design consistent, relevant, and not too “busy.”
